Overview
Introduction
This practical one-day workshop explores how therapists can integrate intervention tools confidently and coherently within everyday clinical practice.
Course Details
Participants will develop clarity about when and why to use specific interventions, how to introduce them naturally and how to maintain a strong therapeutic connection while doing so. Suitable for therapists of all modalities, it offers an accessible and clinically rich opportunity to strengthen confidence, flexibility and therapeutic effectiveness.
Many therapists are trained in multiple approaches but can feel uncertain about:
- Staying attuned while being active
- When to intervene
- How to choose the right intervention
- How much to say or do
- How to integrate body, relational and cognitive tools
