Overview
Introduction
This four-day CBT certificate runs over four Sundays. Covering the broad areas of theory, assessment of presenting problems, disputation of irrational beliefs and homework, the course will equip participants with the necessary theoretical and clinical understanding of the CBT approach to therapy.

Paula is an organisational psychologist and cognitive behavioural psychotherapist. She holds a BA and an MA degree in psychology as well as a professional qualification in Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) — the first form of CBT. She studied under Windy Dryden (Professor of Counselling, Goldsmiths College, University of London) and has been in private practice for 21 years. She is a founding member of the Institute for Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (ICBT) and currently serves as Director of Professional Affairs.
